This Privacy Policy explains how ReadMail OpenClaw accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when users connect their Google account to the application.
Information We Access
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, ReadMail OpenClaw may access information from:
Gmail
The application may access email information necessary to generate personal email summaries, identify relevant messages, and provide productivity notifications.
Google Calendar
The application may access calendar information, including event titles, dates, times, and other event details, to generate schedule summaries and reminders.
Google Account Information
Basic Google account information may be accessed when required for authentication and identification of the authorized account.
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used solely to provide features requested by the user, including:
- Generating email summaries.
- Generating calendar and schedule summaries.
- Identifying upcoming events.

ReadMail OpenClaw does not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Data Storage

Google API Services User Data Policy
ReadMail OpenClaw’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect authentication credentials and user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
User Control and Revoking Access
Users may revoke ReadMail OpenClaw’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account permissions and security settings.
After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to retrieve new Google account information through that authorization.
